Empowering women is one of the most effective ways of tackling poverty – The Ultimate Winn2 seeks to empower 1 million girls and women through employee engagement.
This programme in development will build a global network of companies, governmental and civil society organisations to work together to empower women and girls by creating opportunities for women’s leadership in the workplace and through employee engagement.
It will leverage employees’ skills and talents to tackle gender inequity in health, education, economic and leadership participation.
