Under the inspired leadership of our Founding CEO, the late Robert Davies (1951-2007), IBLF's dynamic team have been continually encouraged to ‘see the possibilities’ for influence, action and change.

As befits a convening organisation, our people come from a range of backgrounds (corporate, NGO and government) and cultures (currently from Africa, America, Australia, China, Europe, Latin America, Russia, South Asia). They bring with them a rich mix of skills and competencies including innovation, facilitation, brokering, thought leadership and capacity-building.

IBLF's presence in key regions (UK, Russia, India, China), together with an exceptional network of affiliate and partner organisations in 40+ countries of operation means we are able to work on a number of fronts, supporting many of our staff to carry a ‘portfolio’ of roles.
