IBLF’s regional networks are key to ensuring our global reach. Our corporate partners have operations all over the world, and interests that are fundamentally local. Increasingly, we work with the new 'emerging multinationals' that are based in China, Russia and India.
IBLF IN RUSSIA
IBLF Russia was set up in 2004, and has since developed a range of practical programmes to engage the business community and put corporate social responsibility closer to the centre of Russian business practice. This is done through regular events for senior executives and forums for CEO and Board-level attendees.

IBLF IN INDIA
IBLF has a long history of work in India beginning in 1993. In 2009, we set up an office in Mumbai and have developed an active presence in the region. Key focus areas in the country cover inclusive business models, anti-corruption programmes and cross-sector partnering. In late 2011, IBLF launched a first-of-its-kind initiative in India - "Business Standards for Smart Growth" - to help companies curb corruption. The programme has a steering group of senior executives from leading Indian businesses and MNCs with a presence in India.

IBLF IN GREATER CHINA (CHINA AND HONG KONG)
IBLF has been active in Greater China since 1990. Specifically in China, since 2005 we have delivered our local activities via the China Business Leaders Forum, a business-led initiative we run jointly with Renmin University. This provides the opportunity and mechanism for companies operating in China to engage in our work. CBLF currently focuses on two areas: Improving Business Standards and Building Global Business Leadership in China.
Building on over a decade of activity across the region, IBLF opened its Hong Kong office in 2009. We are currently working with several companies on a variety of projects including sustainable supply chain management research, Business Call to Action (BCTA) outreach across the region and convening and facilitating discussions around the Responsible Business and Leadership Agendas with leading companies based in the region. Other successful partnership programmes include the Integrity and Transparency in Business Initiative (ITBI) in Vietnam where IBLF is a junior partner on the three-year programme, the Youth Career Initiative in Thailand and Indonesia Business Links.

IBLF Americas was launched with 501(c)3 status in the U.S. to allow more US-based companies to engage with IBLF. To find out more, email info@iblf.org
IBLF EUROPE
IBLF has helped establish local affiliate organisations and Business Leaders Forums (BLFs) in Central and Eastern Europe. These are independent, intermediary organisations that promote the business case for engagement in development issues.
