Underpinning IBLF’s programmes and work with business are the concepts of Leadership and Collaboration.
LEADERSHIP
IBLF’s Leaders CouncilIBLF’s Leaders Council comprises a group of senior figures who debate and explore the big ideas for responsible business in the 21st century - members include current and former CEOs from Coca Cola, Diageo, Infosys and Shell. The Leaders Council is open to the Chair or CEO of companies joining IBLF as members. The Council’s sessions are virtual, small and private, allowing members to talk openly to explore potential solutions to global challenges, and to create real momentum by actioning them through IBLF’s programmes.

The Partnership Brokers Association
The Partnership Brokers Association is a spin-off of IBLF’s pioneering work to set standards, promote integrity and professionalise the ‘brokering’ of cross-sector partnerships. More than 600 people from 70+ countries are graduates of basic partnership brokering training, with over 300 brokers professionally accredited by IBLF. From January 2012, the PBA becomes an independent professional body running training courses, advocating the use of partnership brokers and gathering evidence for their efficacy.
