UK & Northern Europe As Chief Executive of UK’s Business in the Community (BITC) from 1983 to 1992, Stephen established IBLF – initially as the international arm of BITC and in July 2005, Stephen became its Vice President. From 2003 to 2005, Stephen was Chair of London First. He became a Trustee of IBLF when it was formally launched in 1990 and is currently also Chair of IBLF's Performance and Review Committee. |
Russia & Middle East Jan is Chairman of the Executive Committee of IBLF Russia. He is a Director of CET, the largest business consulting and corporate finance firm specialising in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia/CIS. He is also founder and Chief Executive of InterMatrix, the international consulting and business development group focusing on Global Competitiveness and Market Entry. |

North America Alexsis is CEO of The Althea Foundation which pioneers the Death Notification Program. She was a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she received a M.S. degree. de Raadt-St. James spent 13 years with Shell International and Royal Dutch Shell in London and The Hague in various management positions. In addition to her Masters degree from M.I.T she also has an M.B.A. from Erasmus University in Holland. |
Western Europe Michael is a board member of Nestlé India and Nestlé Japan. He was Executive Vice President for Nestle until 2005. He has served the Government of Australia as Chairman of the Food Industry Council and as a Member of the Industry Council of Australia. Michael was also a Member of the Advisory Committee for an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Food System, a Member of The Turkish Prime Minister's Advisory Group and sat on the WTO (World Trade Organization) Business Advisory Council in Switzerland. |
