Digitisation and Re-manufacturing Institute of South Africa (DRISA)
A unique computer refurbishment & training centre, developed in association with Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC)
and Fort Hare University. The project has been operating since 2004.
Digital Partnership South Africa Digital Partnership was launched in South Africa in 2001, and is operated as a highly successful example of how technology
can be used to help poverty alleviation and development. Over 10,000 PCs were sent to South Africa and placed in schools,
libraries and community projects.
Standard Chartered Bank : Global Digital Partnership
A project, which started in July 2005, to place thousands of high-quality, pre-used computers from Standard Chartered Bank
to worthwhile community projects worldwide.
